Brian Glenn is the Chief Investments Officer at Premier Path Wealth Partners. He has extensive hands-on experience investing across asset classes. Before joining Premier Path, Brian was the founder and president of Olcott Square Investment Partners, LLC. Previously, Brian spent ten years as a research analyst at W.R. Huff Asset Management, where he helped steer investments in public equities, high-yield bonds, and leveraged loans. Brian also worked on two of the firm’s private equity funds, performing capital budgeting and valuation analysis for portfolio companies.

Brian earned an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey. At MIT, he was elected Co-President of the Investment Management Club, served on the organizing team for MIT Sloan’s 2007 Investment Management Conference, and helped plan the 2008 Buffett Trek that provided the opportunity for 60 students to spend a day with Warren Buffett in Omaha. At The College of New Jersey, he was a member of the Men’s Varsity Swim Team and earned NCAA All-American recognition. He co-authored “The Mechanics Behind Investment Funds: Why Closed-end Funds Provide Superior Returns,” published in the Journal of Managerial Finance. Brian holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of CFA Institute and CFA Society New York.

Brian resides in Bernardsville, New Jersey, with his wife and their three children, Liam, Caroline, and Cameron. Brian is a member of U.S. Masters Swimming and Somerset County YMCA Masters Swimming, and is PADI Open Water certified in SCUBA diving. He volunteered as the Treasurer for Somerset Hills Little League from 2017 through 2022 and was instrumental in establishing Somerset Hills Ball Club, a 501(c)(3) entity and the successor organization to Somerset Hills Little League. Brian loves rooting for his kids at their sporting events, skiing with his family during the winter, and coaching youth baseball in the warmer months.  Brian is an avid swimmer and road cyclist. To relax, he enjoys reading – especially history and psychology – and performing mechanical work on his bicycles.
